FAQ
Q: How long do the bible study recording sessions last?
A: Each live Just the Word bible recording session runs about 30 minutes.
Q: What should I bring to a live bible study recording session?
A: To fully participate please bring an internet enabled mobile device (smartphone, tablet, laptop), because the live bible study recording sessions are interactive. I’m going to give you a wealth of information to respond to and multiple opportunities to apply the solutions God’s word offers to the unique situations in your own life.
Q: Can I bring a guest?
A: Because space is so limited only registered guests with confirmed reservations can be seated. Of course, we hope you will register with a guest. Learning how to apply Just the Word in your everyday life is more fun and effective when you have a friend or family member with you to share the experience.
Q: Will I have to buy anything?
A: You are not required to purchase anything. We do sometimes offer additional educational products and services at our live bible study recording sessions (and on our website), but you are never under any obligation to buy.
Q: Will you pass a collection plate?
A: No. Each live Just the Word bible study recording session is a cashless, checkless experience. If you decide that you want to donate to Just the Word, or give an offering or tithe to the LORD at Just the Word, we encourage you to use our donate button on our giving page before, during, or after the bible study.
Q: Will there be food at the live bible study recording session?
A: Food is not provided, nor permitted into the theatre, at our live bible study recording sessions. As I cover a lot of ground, I will need your undivided attention.
Q: Will childcare be available at the live bible study recording session?
A: Childcare is not provided at the live bible study recording sessions, nor can infants, toddlers, and preadolescent children be admitted. However, your registered teenaged children are welcome to attend and participate at your discretion as the curriculum is rated PG13.
Q: What should I wear?
A: Casual attire is recommended, even preferred; but if you want to wear a gown or tux I won’t snicker. 😉
